     The Butterfield Home and Chapel is a full service family owned and operated funeral home. We offer distinctive, personal, and compassionate service to families of all faiths. We are here to help you with a complete selection of diversified funeral, cremation, and alternative service options. Our family funeral directors are fully licensed and experienced in all aspects of funeral service. Providing a dedicated, knowledgeable understanding of how to serve you has been our mission for three generations.

     Our facility has seen many changes in recent years; we are now fully handicapped accessible and are able to provide ample off-street parking. Our chapel, which may be used for visitation and for funeral services, can accomodate both large and smaller family arrangements. Opened in September of 2001, and located directly below the chapel facility, our childrens room and hospitality/reception room is the newest addition to our funeral home. This room is used as a place for children to feel comfortable in a setting that allows them to participate in all aspects of a funeral service. Families may use our reception room to gather before, during, and after any service to enjoy fellowship and refreshments. In addition it can also be used by families between sets of calling hours, to share a meal and prepare for the evening visitation. If necessary, we can coordinate the services of a caterer for you. When available, our reception room may also be used by community groups for events and meetings.
