Kevin J. Rafferty
Rafferty, Kevin J. 54, passed away on March 27th at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Providence, he was the son of Mary (Miller) Rafferty and the late Joseph Rafferty. He was also the brother of the late Brain Rafferty. Kevin was a graduate of St. Matthew School and Cranston East High School. He was an avid fan of the Providence and Boston Bruins. For over 20 years Kevin was a member of IATSE Local #23. Burial will be private. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.

So sorry for the loss of your son. I knew Kevin since I was in Eden Park school! I would be across the street playing at the Vent's house. I also came by to visit after the loss of Brian.
I will miss them both very much.

Sorry for the loss of you son. He always had a smile and made alot of peole laugh.
He will be dearly missed. I had the pleasure of havin a couple of beer with him over the last 20 or so years.

So sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. We went to grade school together at St. Matthews. We had many fun times together. He was such a fun kid to grow up with. We would laugh for hours. He left me with many happy memories. God Bless you

Dear Mary, My sister June sent me this obit from the Prov. Journal, about your son Kevin, was so sorry to read this, so young, my prayers are with you at this time for peace and comfort, to you and your family,we lost a son last year, 51, due to alcoholism, was so sad, so young, he left us a beautiful wife and two great grandchildren, am so blessed to have them. Ginger writes me occasionaly and tells me you two have lunch, I hope to join you and maybe some of the other Hunkas, that are still in Prov. Mac and I have been going through alot of old pictures, we sure had some great times together, years ago, can you believe Mac and I have been married 57 years, don't get home as much as we use to , but hope to go back this fall. Love to you and May God give you comfort and know Kevin is at peace. xoxoxxoxo
