I lived next door to the Rafferty's for several years and always admired Mary's good humor and strength of character. She was a lovely person whom I'm sure will be missed. The above picture of Mary captures her wonderful spirit. Please accept my sympathies at her passing.

I have been fortunate to be Mary’s neighbor for 13 years. She was humble and strong in an old-fashioned way, yet she was a modern lady and I always enjoyed our conversations. I will miss her very much, and I send my condolences to her family and friends.
