Anthony DeAngelis Sr. 92, a resident of Cranston died peacefully on Sunday December 13, 2020 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center surrounded by his loving family. He worked at Royal Electric until his retirement. Anthony was born in Providence and was the son of the late Pasquale and Antonetta (Castrataro) DeAngelis. Anthony was the husband of the late Theresa A. (DelSesto) DeAngelis. He was the brother of the late Frances D’Orazio, Rose Coletti and Jennie Sanita. Anthony is survived by his sister Nicoletta Izzi. He leaves a son Anthony DeAngelis Jr. and his wife Ann of Cranston. Anthony also leaves two beloved grandchildren Anthony III and Nicole of Cranston who he adored as well as many nieces and nephews. Anthony was a proud World War II Veteran. He served his country with the 50th Infantry Division of U.S. Army. He was awarded the World War II Victory Medal. Anthony was an ardent fan of the New England Patriots. Anthony had a sense of humor and never complained no matter how he was feeling.
