Obituary

Brenda (Anthony) Lindstrom, 59, of Coventry passed away unexpectedly at Massachusetts General Hospital on Friday, November 27, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Alan Lindstrom. Born in Providence, Brenda was the daughter of Priscilla Gould (Yeaw) and the late Marvin Anthony. Brenda worked for over 13 years at Herff Jones, Inc as a Customer Service Manager. Before retiring in 2015, she worked at Cranston Print Works as a Customer Service Associate. Brenda received her Bachelor's Degree in Art Education from Rhode Island College. Brenda’s biggest love was her pets. She enjoyed gardening, going on cruises, canoeing, camping, cribbage, birds, trips to Foxwoods, yearly ventures to the winery and the Springfield Fair. She was a proud graduate of Scituate High School, class of ‘79. Besides her mother, she is survived by her adored pets Trinket, Hannah, Jack, and her brother Raymond Anthony and his wife Jane, niece Janine, niece Karen Perry and her family, nephews David Kuhn, Ron Kuhn and Gary Kuhn from Al’s family, her sister-in-law Naomi Sawyer and her best friend Thea (Belair) Eva. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral/burial services will be private. She will be laid to rest in the Bethany Lutheran Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Coventry Police Animal Control, 60 Wood Street, Coventry, RI 02816 in her memory would be greatly appreciated
