Dale Victoria (Perkins) Pelletier 75, of Osprey Drive, Coventry died on January 27, 2021 at the Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center of Rhode Island, where was treated for dementia for many years. Dale was the owner of Perk's Services, Inc., which provided small business and personal bookkeeping services to many clients over the years. Dale was born in Providence, RI to the parents of Kenneth and Mildred (Osterlund) Perkins. She grew up in Cranston, and spent the summers on Johnson's Pond, where she then became a lifelong resident. Dale leaves behind sons Troy Kirkland, Shane Kirkland and Lee Pelletier and daughters-in-law Sondra Kirkland, Dawn Kirkland and Heather Pelletier. She had six grandsons - Kenny Kirkland, Shane Kirkland, Kyle Kirkland, James Kennedy, Trystan Pelletier and Zachery Pelletier - as well as great granddaughter Bria Kennedy. Dale is also survived by sister-in-law Marsha Perkins, Uncle Earle Perkins and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Dale loved life on the pond and water skied for most of her life, participating in many of the annual Johnsons Pond water ski shows. Not only was she a skier, she was awarded "Miss Johnsons Pond" back in the day. In addition to skiing, she could dance all night to country music, and you could find her 'junking" in all the local antique shops. Dale loved animals and had many pets including horses, squirrels (yes, squirrels), dogs, cats and any stray that needed a home. And who can forget her love for cooking and feeding large crowds at the annual 4th of July parties. A special thanks to her second family - all the staff at the nursing home - that provided such great care for her over the last four years. We are so grateful for all that you did for Dale. The family will hold a Celebration of Life for relatives and friends later in the summer.
