Denise M. Schiano

Denise Marie (Zinno) Schiano 72, of Warwick passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026 surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Denise was a strong-willed and spirited woman, a true “spitfire” whose energy and determination left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She spent more than 40 years working in sales, where her personality, drive, and ability to connect with others brought her both success and happiness.

Denise was a deeply loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She expressed her love most beautifully through her passion for cooking, bringing everyone together around the table with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable meals.

She is survived by her beloved children son Edward Zarra Jr. and wife Tribbie, daughters Heather Zarra and her significant other Christopher McSparren and Toni Zarra-Vincent and husband Joseph. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Rocco, Marissa, Ashley, Sean, Megan, Antonio, and Joey Jr. Denise is also survived by her brothers and sisters Anthony, Michael, Steven, David and Dean Zinno, Cheryl Fiore, Jennifer Horning and Dawn Beauchamp.  She also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday April 16, 2026 at 10:00am in the Holy Apostles Catholic Church 800 Pippen Orchard Road Cranston.  Burial will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
