Emilia Folgo 95, of Cranston, died peacefully surrounded by her family at Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center after an unexpected illness. She was Vice-President of the family-owned business Folgo Ford Sales, Inc.
She was the wife of the late Leo J. Folgo. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Emilia was the daughter of the late Luigi and Margarita (Zanni) Ricciardi. Emilia made her home in Cranston and spent winters in Pompano Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Sandra Aiello of Cranston with whom she lived, and Nancy Faella and her husband Joseph Faella, also of Cranston. She also leaves her grandchildren, John Aiello of Warwick, Courtney Verrocchio and her husband Raymond of Cranston, and Marc Faella and his wife Katie also of Cranston. Emilia was also the proud great-nana of Caitlyn and Christopher Aiello and Rachel Verrocchio. Emilia graduated from Central High School and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday March 6th at 8:30am from The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 237 Garden Hills Drive Cranston at 10:00am. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery Cranston.
