Eva Marie LaChance

Eva Marie was a caring sister, godmother, aunt, and dear friend. She left this world much too early on May 30, 2024 at age 70. Her loving heart has left a beacon of light for all who loved her. Eva was born in Providence to the late Clara (Madeira) and Louis A. La Chance, and graduated Pawtucket West High School in Pawtucket. Eva loved spending time crafting, decorating and enjoying time with family and friends. She leaves sisters Susan Villarreal and Lori Wolfe, brother Louis La Chance, Jr., nieces Haley Tufts, Jordan Wolfe, nephew Max Villarreal, goddaughter Amy Gaskell and beloved forever friend Colleen Holton. She was the goddaughter of Dolores Gomes of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and the life partner of Herbert Cute.

A Remembrance Service is scheduled for 11:00am on Monday June 10, 2024 in the Historic Chapel at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence.
