Helen G. Odesky Obituary

Helen Odesky 98, of Cranston, died peacefully at Rhode Island Hospital on Saturday March 16, 2024. She was the wife of the late Arnold R. Odesky. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Beatrice (Cardilli) Soscia.  Helen worked in jewelry manufacturing for many years at both Genesis and Taylor Casting.  She is survived by her daughters Carol and Sandra Odesky, grandsons Mason, Adam, and Aaron Lake, sisters Mary Eannarino, Delores DeBiase, and brother Robert Soscia.  She was the mother of the late Linda Malouin and sister of the late Josephine Gesmondi, Bertha DeAngelis, Elizabeth Holihen, Peter, Alphonse and Richard Soscia.  

Funeral services will be held on Friday March 22, 2024 at 10:00am in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston.  Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery Johnston.  Visitation will be held for one (1) hour before the service beginning at 9:00am.  Kindly omit flowers.  Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
