Henry W. Podvin III

Henry William Podvin III 76, of Providence, passed away Saturday August 16, 2025 at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center after a long illness.  Born in Malden, MA, he was the son of the late Henry W. Jr. and Buelah (Burns) Podvin.  He was a graduate of Central High School and a proud Vietnam Veteran.  He worked in manufacturing for 42 years before retiring from Honeywell in Cranston in 2012. Henry is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years Sandra (Lozowski) Podvin, son Henry L. Podvin of Warwick and daughter Michele L. Podvin of MA.

His life will be celebrated with calling hours Thursday August 21, 2025 from 7:00-9:00pm in the Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston. Burial Friday at 11:00am in The Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
