James R. Felton passed away unexpectedly on March 10, 2021. James was born June 14, 1933 in Manifold, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late George and May Belle Brown Felton. In 1961 James joined the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1967. He then transferred to the Fleet Reserve and was honorably discharged in 1971. James leaves behind his wife Dorothy Felton of 47 years. James also leaves behind his four children James, David, Michael and his daughter Annette. Also four step children Karen, Linda, Kristine, and David. James had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and he will be laid to rest with Military Honors in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
