James H. Surabian, 99, of Cranston passed away on January 2, 2021from complications of COVID-19.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Nazareth and Sarah (Serafian) Surabin. He was a WWII Army Veteran and a Graduate of Bryant College.  Mr. Surabian was a Business Education teacher in the Providence School System for 32 years before retiring.  He enjoyed gardening, reading, and listening to talk radio shows.  He is survived by a niece and two nephews.  Funeral services and burial will be private.
