Jeanne K. Chu Obituary

Jeanne K. (Charboneau) Chu 69, of West Shore Health Center in Warwick passed away peacefully after a one-year illness.  She worked for many years as a Direct Support Staff member for Trudeau Center in Warwick until her retirement.  

She is survived by her loving son Michael Chu and sisters Susan R. Williamson, Carol A. Sanderson, and Patricia D. Charboneau as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents Leo H. and Marion V. (Kennedy) Charboneau as well as her brother William R. Charboneau.  

She graduated from Cranston East High School in 1973.  She attended Sears Charm School in Warwick as a teenager and graduated from the Sawyer School as a secretary.  

She loved her music, horror movies, and elephants.  She had a colorful if not always appropriate sense of humor.  She loved to laugh and was the life of the party.  Everyone who knew her enjoyed her company.  She was loved and will be greatly missed.  

Funeral services were private.
