Mary Hayes

Mary Hayes,  62 passed away Tuesday April 14 at Orchard View Manor from Covid-19.

Mary was the daughter of Dorothy Forand the late William Hayes. Mary was the smallest baby born in Florida weighing 2lbs and 7 ounces and dropping to 1pound and 13 ounces. 

She graduated from Cranston High School East and The University of Rhode Island. Mary was voted most musical at  Bain Junior High,and enjoyed playing in the school band there as well as at Cranston East and URI. Mary was a Unit Secretary at Southern New England Rehabilitation Center and was a former Unit Secretary at St. Joseph's Hospital Providence. Mostly Mary loved to "Shop" and was known for finding bargains. Mary was determined  throughout her life with everything she did. 

Besides her mother, Mary leaves her brother Patrick Hayes and his wife Sandra of Cranston as well as five nephews that she loved very much.  She was also the the sister of the late William Hayes Jr.

Services at this time must be private.  A Celebration of Life may be held at a later date.
