William J. Villari "Billy" 83, owner and proprietor of Volare Motors in Cranston for over fifty years passed away peacefully on June 19, 2025. Born April 7, 1942 in Providence, he was the son of the late Stephen L. and Dorothy H. (Card) Villari of Cranston. Billy grew up and resided in Cranston until he moved to Narragansett in 1985. He was an avid and passionate New York Yankees fan and was well known for his meticulous backyard landscaping and gardens.
Billy leaves his loving daughters Donna (Villari) Monast and husband Gregory of Narragansett, Jennifer (Villari) DeOliveria and husband Ruy of Narragansett, and Allyson Villari of East Greenwich. He was the loving Poppy to William, Kristian, Jackson, Diego, and Olivia, brother of Stephen L. Villari II of East Greenwich, uncle of Beth Bereny, Stephanie Dorman, Stephen L. Villari III, Renee and Eddie Loiselle, and the late Jay Villari. In addition, he was the former husband of Janet (Loiselle)
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday July 1, 2025 at 11:00am in St. Mary's Church 1525 Cranston Street Cranston. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation http://t2t.org would be greatly appreciated.
